Andrea completed her osteopathic qualifications at Victoria University in Melbourne in 2000. Her approach is patient-centered where she uses a variety of hands on techniques such as soft-tissue release, joint mobilization, joint manipulation, visceral manipulation, cranial osteopathy and Trigger Point Dry Needling along with advice on exercise and diet. Andrea believes that patient education is very important to aid in a speedy recovery after pain or injury.
Andrea was a professional dancer for 12 years, working overseas at the Moulin Rouge in Paris, Son Amar in Spain and Carnival Cruises in the USA. Because of this, Andrea treats many dancers and conducts pre-pointe and dance fitness assessments for dancers of all ages. Through this she advises dancers on Pilates based exercise programs to improve technique and strength. Andrea has done extensive post-graduate training in Visceral Osteopathy, also called Visceral Manipulation, as well as Cranial Osteopathy, and through this she has developed a special interest in treating people with digestive problems, as well as babies and children and pregnant patients. Andrea is a member of the Australian Osteopathic Association.

Jamie Green completed his osteopathic qualifications at the world renowned European School of Osteopathy, England, in 1998. Jamie’s previous qualification and experience in Mechanical Engineering lead him to conduct research into the 'mechanical dysfunction of the low back and pelvis, as well as helped increase his general knowledge and understanding of the mechanical functioning of the human body. Jamie has a special interest in treating patients with neck pain brought about by traumas such as whiplash, as he himself has also been a sufferer.
Jamie has previously owned and run practices in the UK, NZ and Australia and utilises a variety of manual therapy techniques such as trigger point release, stretching, joint mobilisation and manipulation. He promotes exercise and 'condition education' in order to rehabilitate patients and prevent re-injury. Jamie is a member of the Australian Osteopathic Association.

Courtney completed her Osteopathic qualifications at RMIT University in Melbourne. She enjoys using a variety of techniques in her treatments, including soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, manipulation, and other gentle osteopathic techniques. As an Osteopath, Courtney encourages patients to take an active role in their own health. She also gives advice on exercise and nutrition, therefore aiming towards whole body health. Courtney has an interest in treating all ages and a wide variety of conditions. Courtney enjoys keeping fit, and particularly enjoys Pilates which she sees as a great way to strengthen the body. Originally from Melbourne, Courtney is really enjoying living in Adelaide and being part of the team at Southside Osteopathy. Courtney is a member of the Australian Osteopathic Association.

Keely completed her three year Bachelor of Applied Science in Complimentary Medicine (Osteopathy) and her two year Masters in Osteopathy at RMIT University in Melbourne. As a student at RMIT, Keely taught Anatomy, which enabled her to gain an even stronger understanding of the human body. As an Osteopath, Keely's approach is mostly structural and she enjoys treating people of all ages with many different conditions. She utilises techniques such as Soft Tissue techniques, Manipulation, Muscle Energy Technique, Counterstrain, Functional Technique and Cranial Osteopathy. Keely has an interest in Pilates and Trigger Point Dry Needling and is undertaking study in these areas early in 2012.
Keely is originally from New Zealand, but has lived in Australia since 2002. Her family is large and scattered across both sides of the Tasman. Keely loves and calls both countries her home (with the exception being when the All Blacks are playing!).
In Keely's spare time, she is interested in Pilates, Meditation and Yoga which keeps her fit, focused and able to maintain a balanced lifestyle.

Kate graduated from the University of Western Sydney after completing her Master's degree in Osteopathy in 2008,and joins us after working initially in Sydney. Kate is trained in all aspects of Osteopathy, but has a keen interest in treating lower back pain and the obstetric patient.
In 2012, Kate was accepted into Victoria University's Post Graduate Program in Paediatric Manual Therapy. This is a two year part-time Graduate Diploma program which will give Kate enormous added training in the area of treating babies and children.
Kate has recently found a love of running, having completed her second half marathon in late 2011. Kate became involved in running through an organisation called Can Too (a non-for-profit organisation that raises funds for Cure Cancer Australia). Kate is a keen traveller and always seems to have a trip in the pipeline.

Stephen has completed a three-year Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a two year Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University. Stephen is also qualified as a Personal trainer and Pilates instructor and incorporates these techniques into his treatments, as well as utilising Dry Needling with specific patients. He has recently moved to Adelaide to further his academic studies currently completing his Masters In Physiotherapy*.
Stephen has worked with several AFL clubs as a sports trainer and rehabilitation coordinator in the VFL (AFL Tasmania) while completing his studies in Osteopathy.
He has a keen interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation; especially in prescribing and overseeing successful rehabilitation programs for a wide range of conditions. In particular, low back and disc pain, shoulderinjuries, work related injuries and pelvic pain following his first Masterswhich involved working with elite AFL players to develop rehabilitation recommendations for players with ‘Osteitis Pubis’.
Steve’s fitness background influences his Osteopathic treatment style, enjoying post surgical and sporting injury treatment and exercise rehabilitation. He believes “patience (time) under old injuries invites new ones” and empowers all his patients to take an active role in their treatment and rehabilitation.
As you can most likely guess, when Steve isn’t working or studying he enjoys keeping fit in the gym and on his bike on the road.

Before studying Osteopathy, Chace completed a Bachelor of Science with majors in Anatomy and Physiology. This is where Chace initially developed his passion for the human body.
As an Osteopath Chace believes in a strongly proactive approach, identifying the problem, fixing it and putting steps in place to prevent the problem from reoccurring. He enjoys educating his patients about their condition so they can get the best results from his Osteopathic treatments.
Chace uses a variety of techniques such as soft tissue massage, stretching, manipulation and trigger point technique. He believes Osteopathy is unique in that it can benefit all members of the community.
When Chace is away from the clinic he enjoys surfing, music, and keeping fit. Not to mention supporting Mighty Geelong Cats (however he is willing to don a crows or even a port scarf to keep the peace with the locals!).

Anna studied Osteopathy in Melbourne at RMIT. She is very passionate about Osteopathy and loves helping the patients of Southside Osteopathy with their aches and pains. She is originally from Hamilton, Vic, and has a great interest in sports injuries and sports training. Anna has had previous experience as a massage therapist and as a sports trainer with football, rugby and netball teams. She also has a broad range of other interests, including sport, music and cooking. Keeping fit and healthy is a passion of hers, especially playing tennis, skiing, cycling and competing in fun runs and triathlons.
As well as being an Osteopath, Anna also has the following qualifications: Remedial Massage Therapist, Bronze Medallion Lifesaving - Lifesaving Victoria, Level 2 First Aid Certificate, and Level 1 Sports Trainer Certificate, Sports Medicine Australia.
Anna has a great interest in treating neck pain, headaches and sporting injuries, and also treating pregnant patients.
